Melani is a 2015 graduate of Auguste Escoffier Pastry School and has studied at ICE (Institute of Culinary Education, Manhattan, New York) as well as under Chef Eddy Van Damme (Houston, Texas), Chef Pascal Caffet (City Colleges of Chicago).
