In February, I handed the keys to a sweet family I had helped purchase a home. I thought I was simply closing the chapter on another transaction.

I had no idea I was actually at the beginning of a story I’ll never forget. 🥺

That day, I met several members of their family, including sweet Mrs. Frances.

She was 87 at the time, and she told me she felt like there was a reason our paths had crossed. More than anything, she wanted to spend this season of her life living in the same neighborhood as her 2 granddaughters and 7 of her great-grandchildren.
