During Family Week, Ms. Rachel’s class shared what they think their parents do for work, and parents sent in what they actually do! Their answers made such a fun video! 💛 we had to share!

We have a certain young lady at Legacy who LOVES taking pictures of everyone when they least expect it. In the parking lot. In the car. Walking into work. Trying to mind our own business. Nobody was safe. 😂
Well… today the tables turned. Apparently the staff collectively decided IT WAS HER TURN.

The Great Playground Feather Mystery!
This morning, our playground gave us a mystery.
Feathers. Everywhere. 👀
Instead of telling our little ones what we thought happened, we gave them a mission: look closely, search for clues, make a prediction and tell us what YOU think. And they got to work.
They examined feathers, searched the playground for more evidence, talked about their theories, drew what they observed and recorded their ideas.
No lesson plan could have predicted what we would find on the playground today and that’s exactly the point. Today, curiosity became the curriculum.

There just aren’t enough words to express how much Miss Brensy means to all of us at Legacy. She has left her mark on our children, our families and especially on this crazy crew who loves her so much. Brensy, thank you for everything and we’ll see you soon!

When it’s 101° outside, but it’s the last day of summer before school starts, you bring the bounce house INSIDE! 😂
Because one last day of summer fun is absolutely necessary!
