🌊 Currents Through Time

Our July windows are inspired by the rivers of Oregon and the stories they carry.

Like rivers, treasured jewelry has a way of connecting generations. A carefully chosen gemstone, an engagement ring, or a family heirloom becomes part of a story that continues long after it is first given.

One of our windows this month features gemstones that have been admired for centuries, reminding us that while styles evolve, the beauty of the earth's treasures never goes out of fashion.

🍀 A Story That Continues

This weekend, downtown Corvallis welcomes the Corvallis Celtic Festival, and we're celebrating a special part of our own story.

Studio 311 began with Celtic-inspired wedding bands, drawing on traditional knotwork that has symbolized connection, strength, and enduring love for centuries. While the collection has grown to include many contemporary designs, those Celtic roots remain an important part of its history.

We've highlighted Studio 311 in one of our front windows for the festival weekend. If you're downtown enjoying the music and festivities, stop by and take a look—we'd love to share the story behind this collection.

Just a few blocks from our downtown Corvallis store, the Willamette River reflects the changing light of early summer. This month, we've been celebrating gemstones that do much the same.

From the remarkable color change of alexandrite to the floating glow of moonstone, phenomenal gemstones reveal effects that can only be appreciated as they move through the light.

Our June phenomenal gem display will only be here through the end of the month, so if you've been meaning to stop in and see these extraordinary stones in person, now is the perfect time.

The river theme will continue throughout the summer, but these phenomenal gems will soon give way to a new featured collection.

We'd love to share them with you before they're gone.

💚 One More Shade of Green...

If you stopped by our window display, you may have noticed a sixth gemstone displayed in its own capsule.

This is a Japanese-cut green sillimanite from India—a lesser-known gemstone that many people have never had the opportunity to see in person. While it wasn't part of our five-gem challenge, we couldn't resist sharing one more beautiful shade of green.

One of the things we love most about colored gemstones is that there's always something new to discover. Sometimes the most memorable gems are the ones you've never heard of before. 💚

💚 The Green Gem Challenge – The Reveal! 💚

Thank you to everyone who took a closer look at our display and shared your guesses! One of the joys of colored gemstones is discovering just how many shades of green nature creates.

Here are the answers to our five-gem challenge:
