This Juneteenth, we recognize the power of freedom, dignity, and being equally valued. ❤️
As we reflect on history, we also reaffirm our commitment to inclusion, community, and creating spaces where everyone belongs.
This week on Breaking it Down with Bill, we reflect on COVID and the importance of Connection.
During COVID, Helping Hand saw an increase in staff retention and a decrease in turnover. Sometimes, something as simple as a phone call can remind someone that they are valued and cared for. At Helping Hand, we prioritize genuine connection and a strong commitment to supporting our staff.
