Before You Visit, Please Remember:
• Children under 14 years old are not permitted in the machine or weight rooms.
• Anyone under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Family memberships include the primary member, their spouse, and their dependent children only.

Come join us for a sound bath - this Friday!

We're excited to offer our first Sound Bath experience on Friday, June 26 at 7:00 PM!

We've had lots of people ask about this class and tell us they're interested - and we'd love to make it happen. The only thing left is getting everyone who wants to attend registered.

If you've been thinking about signing up, now is the time. We need a few more participants to move forward with the class, and registration will be closing soon.

A Sound Bath is designed to help you relax, unwind, and recharge through soothing sounds and vibrations in a peaceful setting. Whether you're looking to de-stress after a busy week or simply try something new, this is a great opportunity to do just that.
