We’ve had so many new faces join our community lately, so we wanted to take a moment to say… welcome!
If you’re new here, here’s a little about us.
DryOak was born from Taylor’s personal battle with alcohol addiction and our family’s journey through recovery. What started as Louisiana’s first non-alcoholic bottle shop has grown into something much bigger.
Our mission is to change the culture around alcohol by challenging the idea that every celebration needs a drink, breaking the stigma surrounding sobriety, and creating spaces where everyone feels like they belong.
Today, that mission continues through our premium non-alcoholic sparkling wine as we expand into restaurants, hotels, stadiums, retailers, weddings, and celebrations across the Gulf South.
This isn’t the end of our story.
It’s the beginning of something much bigger.
And we’re grateful you’re here to be part of it. 🫶🏼
Addiction doesn’t always look the way people expect.
Sometimes it looks like a beautiful home, successful careers, smiling family photos, and a calendar full of plans.
That was us.
From the outside, it looked like we had everything together. Behind closed doors, our world was quietly falling apart.
That’s why it’s so important to remember: you never truly know what someone is carrying.
The person battling addiction may not be the one you expect. It might be your neighbor. Your coworker. Your best friend. The family sitting next to you at church. The family of four down the street.
So check on your people.
Send the text.
Make the call.
Invite them to coffee.
Listen without judgment.
Your kindness, your presence, or simply letting someone know they’re not alone could be the very thing that gives them hope to take the next step.
And if you’re the one struggling, whether you’re battling addiction yourself or loving someone who is, please don’t give up. Healing is possible. Recovery is possible. There is always hope.

One of the biggest lies we believe is that healing has to be one thing or the other.
That if you’re grateful, you shouldn’t grieve.
If you’re strong, you shouldn’t struggle.
If you’re sober, you shouldn’t miss your old life.
But recovery isn’t black and white.
The truth is, two things can be true at the same time.
You can miss what was familiar while celebrating the freedom you’ve found.
You can mourn what you’ve lost while building a life you never thought was possible.
Those feelings don’t cancel each other out.
They can coexist.
That’s not weakness.
That’s healing.
If this is where you are today, keep going.
You don’t have to choose between honoring your past and embracing your future. You can do both. 🫶🏼

DryOak was never just about creating another non-alcoholic drink.
It was about creating a seat at the table for everyone.
For the person in recovery.
For the mom-to-be.
For the athlete.

For the person taking medication.
For the one who simply chooses not to drink.
Because celebration shouldn’t depend on alcohol.

We spend years trying to protect our children.
We tell them to stay away from drugs.
We remind them their brains are still developing.
We want them to make healthy decisions.
Yet somehow alcohol became the exception.
