I’m definitely someone who downplays what I do, I am my worst critic so I pick apart every cake I finish and ultimately wait on the customer to tell me they love it before the ball of anxiety goes away in my stomach.

But today I was asked if I offered cake classes. I almost couldn’t believe it because WHAT DO YOU MEAN you want ME to teach you how to decorate!?!? I couldn’t believe it so I went back and looked through all the cakes I’ve done, remembered all of the wonderful feedback I’ve received, and thought to myself, I actually am pretty good at this.

So now I’m looking into how to host a cake class 🤣

It will be something cute for sure. Could be one on one classes to perfect your technique or group classes to have the sweetest girls day!
