A NEW CHAPTER FOR GPAC IS BEGINNING!

Giving Potential A Chance is growing into the GPAC Center for Community Wellness & Opportunity—a community-centered initiative created to help individuals and families build healthier, stronger and more prosperous futures.

Our work will focus on four major areas:

💚 Community Wellness — promoting prevention, health education and healthier families.

🤝 Benefits Navigation — helping people understand and connect with benefits, healthcare coverage and community resources.

📈 Economic Mobility — creating pathways to employment, financial education, entrepreneurship and greater economic stability.

🎓 Educational Excellence — supporting students and families through mentoring, learning, career preparation and lifelong education.

We are beginning this work in Covington, Porterdale, Oxford and throughout Newton County.

But GPAC isn't something we want to build for the community.

We want to build it WITH the community.

In the months ahead, we'll be bringing together residents, volunteers, educators, healthcare professionals, businesses, churches, nonprofits and community leaders who believe everyone deserves an opportunity to reach their potential.

This is the beginning.
