🛠️ What you’ll do:
• Prep parts (cleaning, masking, blasting)
• Apply powder coat & run ovens
• Quality check finished parts
• Help keep the shop clean and organized
✅ What we’re looking for:
• Strong work ethic & attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Powder coating or paint experience is a plus — we’ll train the right person
