I’m all about a fixer upper, and this motorhome needs some major scrubbing, and cleaning. 🧼
The bones, engine, generator, and everything that truly matters, is in great shape.
I’m grateful for this deal, and thankful to the good Lord for providing.
Now, let’s get this thing clean, and get her on the road. 🚌

Easy Buttermilk Biscuits
Ingredients:
3 cup self rising flour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 and a 1/2 stick butter (cold and cubed)
1 and a 1/2 cup buttermilk
Instructions: 👇🏼
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 20-25 mins or until golden brown
Temp: 450 degrees

The best thing to give my dad for Father’s Day, is always food, especially ice cream. I’ve been talking for awhile now about trying this homemade “peanut butter banana ice cream”. What better time than now? I’ll let you guys know how it turns out. 😊

What’s your favorite kind of homemade ice cream? 😋
HOMEMADE PEANUT BUTTER BANANA ICE CREAM 🥜🍌🍨
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup peanut butter (slightly melted in the microwave)
4-5 ripe bananas (mashed)
3-4 cup whole milk
1/2 cup half and half
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until well combined. Add in mashed bananas, peanut butter, evaporated milk, whole milk, and half and half. Mix again until all ingredients are well incorporated. Pour into a 6 quart ice cream freezer. Add ice and rock salt. Let churn until the freezer stops. (Check every 15 mins to see if additional ice is needed) Enjoy!
