Project Sixty-One Ministries

Generosity creates opportunities for healing. 💙

We are deeply grateful to the Cullman Lions Club for its generous donation to Project Sixty-One Ministries. This gift will help provide scholarships for recovery ministries seeking to bring Bound & Set Free™ to the people they serve.

Bound & Set Free™ is our eight-week, faith-integrated emotional healing program designed to help participants understand their wounds, develop healthier responses, and move forward in freedom.

If your recovery ministry would like to offer Bound & Set Free™ but needs financial assistance, scholarship applications are now available. Visit https://drrebekahclloyd.com/ministry to learn more and apply.

Thank you, Cullman Lions Club, for living out your commitment to serve—and for investing in healing, hope, and lasting freedom in our community.

Today, we remember.

We remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001. We honor the courage of those who served, responded, sacrificed, and carried others through unimaginable fear and grief.

For some, September 11 is a chapter in history. For others, its loss remains deeply personal. Today, we make room for both remembrance and sorrow.

We pray for the families who still carry an empty place, the survivors who live with memories others cannot see, and the first responders, service members, and communities forever changed by that day.

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted.”
Psalm 34:18

May the God who draws near to the brokenhearted bring comfort, peace, and hope.

Growth is not always dramatic. Sometimes it looks like recovering sooner, asking for help, setting a boundary, or pausing before reacting.

Celebrate one quiet change you have noticed in yourself.

Four women. Eight weeks. One meaningful step toward healing and freedom. 💚

We are incredibly proud of these women for completing the Bound & Set Free™ program. Each certificate represents more than attendance. It reflects courage, honest reflection, emotional growth, and a willingness to believe that a different future is possible.

Their present circumstances do not define the rest of their stories. Healing can begin anywhere, and hope can reach beyond every wall.

Congratulations, ladies. We are honored to have walked these eight weeks with you!

Shame attacks identity. Healthy accountability names the choice, repairs what can be repaired, learns, and chooses differently.

Save this reminder for the moments when shame tries to replace growth.

New patterns begin in the space between a feeling and a reaction. Stop, settle your body, notice what is happening, and choose with intention.

Practice these four steps once today.

You do not have to share everything to participate in healing. Safe spaces honor choice, boundaries, quiet participation, and each person’s pace.

Send this to a leader who creates spaces for healing.

Your broken places do not cancel your purpose. God is still restoring, rebuilding, and writing your story.

Share this with someone who needs hope today.

Phase One begins by creating safety, building emotional awareness, and helping participants understand what is happening within them without shame.

A trauma-informed ministry does not avoid truth. It creates conditions where truth can be received without humiliation, coercion, or unnecessary harm.
