Goodmorning!
I haven’t baked in a couple of weeks it’s been a busy month and yesterday I started my sourdough, my house is way too cold…by the time I went to bed at 10:30pm my dough had not doubled at all in 5 hours of BF, so I was like you know what I’m gonna leave it here and just see what happens. I have never done that before overnight, so I wake up today and this is what I see. I shaped it and now cold proofing it and lets see what happens!🩶

Goodmorning! I’m back from the beach, we had a wonderful trip down in Gulf Shores,Al!!!
I am taking Sour Sally out of the fridge, giving her a good feed and back to making sourdough!!!!! I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!🧡
