5 things I’m noticing in the Kansas City real estate market right now 🗝️✨
1. Homes are sitting a little longer. Buyers have more time to think, compare and make a decision.
2. Pricing matters more than ever. Buyers are paying attention, and homes that feel overpriced are sitting.
3. Buyers are being more selective. Condition, updates, layout and location are making a bigger difference.
4. There’s more room to negotiate. Price, repairs, closing costs and other concessions are becoming more of the conversation.
5. The best homes still move. Well-priced, well-presented homes in desirable areas still get attention quickly.
The market may be shifting some, but good real estate is still one of the best investments. The key is knowing how to navigate it.
