Mid City Network
Residential & Commercial Real Estate Investing. We provide Coaching & Training for New Investors.
Welcome to our new chapter. As our brand grows, this channel is now focused exclusively on real estate investing, real estate wholesaling, and golf as a space for networking and building relationships. Content will center on commercial and residential real estate, deal strategies, cash buyer lists, and tools for investors, along with networking opportunities and golf-related meetups. If you followed for earlier non-related content, we appreciate your support, but feel free to unfollow if these topics aren’t for you. We’re building wealth one deal and one swing at a time.
The Rule of 72 is a quick formula to estimate how long it takes to double an investment or, conversely, how long it takes for inflation to halve its purchasing power. By dividing 72 by the annual rate of return (e.g.,
7
2
÷
6
%
=
1
2
), investors can estimate that their money will double in roughly 12 years.

Reverse Calculation: You can divide 72 by the number of years you want to double your money to find the required rate of return. To double money in 10 years, you need roughly a 7.2% return (
