At the heart of the journey, Doppio Ravioli layers corn ricotta, black truffle, chanterelles, charred corn and crispy guanciale. It’s followed by Rosewood Wagyu Filet with summer peppers, salsa verde, Wagyu Italian sausage, barchette and grappa.
