Don’t forget! This Sunday, September 13th, another open water swim is on!

This Sunday, September 13th, we’re hitting the lake for another open water swim you won’t want to miss! Join us for a 30-minute swim clinic, followed by an hour-long swim.

Event Details:
📍 Stewart Creek Park | The Colony, TX
⏰ Swim clinic: 7-7:30 am | Open swim: 7:30-8:30 am
💳 Free for Swim School athletes OR drop-in for $20 + Park Entry Fee for NON-Swim School Athletes (Pay upon arrival)
🛶 On-water kayak support
*18+ to swim. Wearing a swim safety buoy is requested*

We have a private room available at Sport Speed Lab for someone looking to bring their business or services into a professional, active wellness environment!

The room was previously used by a chiropractor who came in a few days a week to see clients, and we’d love to find someone new who could make the space their own.

• Massage therapists
• Physical/occupational therapists
• Chiropractors
• Other service-based fitness professionals
