BREAKING: EPIC Is Still Fighting To Stop Christian Evangelists From Preaching Near Its Mosque.

A Texas court dismissed EPIC’s lawsuit. Now EPIC is appealing.

East Plano Islamic Center sought to restrict Christian evangelists from preaching and handing out Gospel material near its Plano, mosque, saying the message was offensive to Islam and disrupted prayer.

The evangelists said they were on public property. The court said their speech was protected.

This is bigger than one mosque. No group gets special protection from speech it dislikes. Christians and all Americans have equal rights to preach, speak, worship, and disagree.

Should any institution be able to use the courts to restrict protected speech near its property?
