Anchor Lops

Little furball out posing for the first time. Like what I’m seeing so far! 🤘

Anchor’s Niceberg

Clean colored sable point jr buck who is the friendliest/most affectionate rabbit in existence 😆 He almost faded as a baby but I syringe fed him for a few weeks and he pulled through—now he’d rather have head pats than treats, and he lives for attention! Bit of a drama queen, but he makes me smile, and has nice type so far too 🤞

**Dilute sable project proven senior does have found new hay, thanks!

Whether your weekend has been focused on coloring eggs, chocolate, family, or the empty tomb of the risen Christ, I hope we can all feel a little bit more peace today as we reflect on the things that matter most in life. Happy Easter!

I asked AI to create an Easter-themed background for my little sable point baby—it did not disappoint! 🌱

My new sable project herdbuck, Anchor’s Silverado, turned senior just in time for bluebonnet season here in Texas! He’s the buck I posted about last month after he won his class at the Fort Worth Stockshow specialty. High hopes for this busy little dude!

Anchor’s Opulence x TF Big Show

Very solid “tween” girl, looking promising even in the midst of “the uglies.” A lot can change during development, but for most of the lines that I’ve worked with, thick bone, firm muscling, and a wide chest tend to manifest pretty early and (if present) stay constant through development—so I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on this one! 💪

Little tot has me wrapped around her finger 😏

Young sable point dude I’m pretty excited about. He won his junior buck class at the Ft Worth specialty show last week, so I wanted to give him a belated shoutout. Always love when a color project baby can win on the show tables! 🏅

Anchor’s Warpaint took Best of Breed at the infamous Ft Worth Stockshow this weekend under judge Josh Humphries (pictured here), woot woot! #😁

Work has been consuming lately and I was on call at the hospital all weekend, so the only reason my rabbits survived the 2-day show was because of Q&A Rabbitry. Austin is the hero of the week! Also big thanks to Kristine Jackson Sawyer who snapped this pic and sent it to me so it felt like I was there in spirit even though I missed the actual judging. Congrats also to Kristine on her beautiful doe who took BOSB!
