Prototype of a mini idea I’m working on to construct a handbag inspired by the colors of the (for a friend). I’ll work some green in to the pattern as well. I’m trying to decide whether to do several mini granny squares or use this as the center of the panel and work larger blocks of color around it. Most Amalfi-inspired clothing and accessories I’m seeing consists of small pattern elements with many repeats or irregular placement of the same base colors, so several mini granny squares may be the way to go. This will eventually be a crossbody bag for travel.
