Seville Uptown

🎉 Happy Labor Day, Seville Uptown Family! 🎉

Today we’re pausing to celebrate the hard work, dedication, and hustle that keeps our community thriving all year round 💪 Whether you’re firing up the grill, catching up on rest, or spending time with the people who matter most, we hope your day is filled with good company and well-deserved relaxation 🌞

A quick note: our leasing office is closed today in observance of the holiday. We’ll be back to our normal business hours starting tomorrow, Tuesday, September 8th, ready to help with all your leasing and community needs 🏡

Thank you for being part of what makes Seville Uptown feel like home 🧡

Vive Matcha is BACK and it’s brewing up something good 🍵💚 Join us in the Resident Lounge on Saturday, September 19th at 10AM for custom made matcha drinks crafted just for you. Swing by solo, catch up with your neighbors, or bring a friend along. Good vibes and even better matcha await ✨

See you there, Seville fam!

Meet Miguel! 🌿 Our groundskeeper who keeps Seville Uptown looking sharp and never misses a chance to say hello. Chances are if you’ve bumped into Miguel, you’ve had a full conversation before you even made it to your car! He keeps our grounds beautiful and our residents smiling. 💚🗣️

Our 5th Annual Seville Uptown Pool Party was filled with laughter, sunshine, and great company. Thank you to all of our residents who came out and celebrated with us. ☀️🩳⛱️

Meet the Team 🌟 Say hello to Savannah, our Assistant Manager! 🏡

Savannah’s been in the industry since 2021, leveled up to Assistant Manager in 2023, and joined the Greystar family in 2025. She’s Texas born and raised, through and through 🤠

Need renewal help? Savannah’s your gal, she’s our Renewal Specialist and knows it inside and out! 📋✨

Heads up though, don’t bring her coffee! She’s actually allergic ☕🚫 If you want to make her smile, an Alani or a matcha from La La Land will do the trick every time 💛🍵

Stop by and say hi, Savannah would love to help you find your next home sweet home 🔑✨

Local favorite alert! 🌮 Just steps from Seville Uptown, Tacos Juancho has taken over that spot on Oak Lawn Ave and Dallas can’t stop talking about it. Think authentic street tacos, Mexico City style, with options like trompo pork, birria, and even a rib eye taco on a blue corn tortilla. Wash it down with a fresh mango marg or a homemade agua fresca.

Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite after work or making it a weekend hang, it’s an easy walk from home and the flavor is worth every step. Add it to your list of neighborhood must tries!

📍 3604 Oak Lawn Ave
🕗 Open daily, with late nights Friday and Saturday until 1am

🌊☀️ IT’S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN, Seville! ☀️🌊
