This build is a balance between modern architecture and proven construction—maintaining the clean lines and strong presence of a modern façade while engineering the structure for the realities of Texas weather.

Rather than forcing the original roof concept, we adapted the design and incorporated a traditional pitched roof system where it performs best—improving drainage, durability, constructability, and long-term protection while preserving the architectural intent of the home.

While all things on paper never align with on site conditions, Every wall is checked against the plans, making necessary adjustments and every step is coordinated to keep quality and schedule on track.

This is where drawings begin to become a home.
