Off The Bone Barbeque is a new restaurant concept by award-winning chef, Dwight Harvey, who has quietly become a Dallas' favorite as a result of memorable catering experiences. Pitmaster Dwight Harvey is proud to present his famous baby back ribs, smoked brisket, sausage, pulled pork and smoked chicken. We also offer homemade sides made from the freshest ingredients around including potato salad, baked beans and every fan's favorite: Rose's coleslaw. We have delicious desserts like lemon pound cake, triple chocolate pecan cake, southern peach cobbler and cookies as well. Available for eat in or take-out, we also offer catering. Our family friendly service and convenient location with easy parking is located in the Cedars section of Downtown Dallas.

When we filmed this, Kevin was kind enough to let us capture his first bite of our oxtails, and he never even told us who he was. It wasn’t until one of our team members came across his video that we realized who had been sitting at our table!
