Can a woman be happy in her relationship, feel desired by her man… and still miss being noticed by other men?
Maybe it’s simply that little:
“Oh okayyyy… I still got it.”
That doesn’t necessarily mean she wants another man or that something is missing at home.
But I do think there’s a difference between enjoying being noticed and needing to be noticed to feel desirable.
And maybe THAT’S the part worth paying attention to.
So tell me…
Women: Is wanting to know you “still got it” harmless?
Men: If your woman told you she misses being noticed by other men… how are you taking that?
I want both sides. And y’all don’t come in here acting brand new.

“Just initiate more.”
Y’all… that sounds good, but for a lot of people, that is not how desire works.
If your partner rarely initiates, don’t automatically assume they don’t want you.
And if you’re the one who rarely initiates, stop beating yourself up because you’re not randomly walking around h***y and ready to go.
Some people need desire to be awakened.
The flirting.
The anticipation.
The right kind of touch.
Feeling pursued.
Having enough mental space to actually notice their body.
And here’s the part BOTH of you have to own:
You need to get curious about what turns your desire on.
Not just “Why aren’t we having more sex?”
But…
“What actually makes me WANT it?”
Now THAT is a conversation worth having.
đź’‹ Send this to your person and ask each other that question tonight.

Men…
This one is for you.
Most women aren’t expecting another round.
They’re wondering what happens after.
A forehead kiss.
A hug.
“Come here.”
Or even…
“You good, baby?”
Those little moments don’t seem little.
They’re often the moments that make a woman feel safe…
desired…
and emotionally connected.
S*x creates vulnerability for a lot of women.
And how you respond in those moments can shape how connected she feels long after the moment is over.
The or**sm might be over.
The intimacy isn’t.
📌 Ladies… send this to the man you love.
📌 Fellas… don’t overthink it. Start with one extra minute.

Everybody wants a number.
I’d rather know this:
Do you both still feel wanted?
Because frequency is easy to count.
Feeling desired is harder to create.
Send this to someone who needs that reminder. ❤️
❤️ Save this before your next match.
This weekend alone, I had this conversation with several smart, successful women.
None of them were tired of dating.
They were tired of having the same conversation with every new match.
“How was your day?”
“What do you do?”
“What are you looking for?”
“How long have you been single?”
At some point it starts feeling like you’re interviewing for a job. Folks are exhausted!!
Try this instead…
Stop collecting facts.
Start discovering people.
✨ What’s something you’re looking forward to this month?
✨ What’s something people usually get wrong about you?
✨ What’s something you’re getting better at this year?
✨ What’s something that instantly makes you feel safe around someone?
✨ What makes you completely lose track of time?
✨ What’s something you’ve changed your mind about in the last few years?
I promise…
Those answers will tell you way more than where someone works or what they majored in.
The quality of your dating life is often hidden in the quality of your questions.

Dear Social Media…
Can we talk about this whole “If he wanted to, he would” thing?
Because whew… y’all are making people spiral over a text message.
Now don’t get me wrong…
Sometimes a lack of effort is the answer.
But not every delayed text means somebody doesn’t care.
People have jobs.
Meetings.
Kids.
Bad days.
Sometimes they just… aren’t on their phone.
What worries me is how quickly we’ve started judging an entire relationship by one moment.
Sis…
Don’t build a whole story off one text.
Look at the pattern.
Do they show up?
Do they make you feel important?
Do their actions consistently match their words?
That’s where your answer usually is.
One delayed text isn’t a relationship diagnosis.
Patterns are.
