​Tuning the Room: Making sure the speakers are dialed in perfectly for the room's acoustics so the sound is crisp, not overpowering.

​The Mic Walk: Testing the wireless mics in every single corner of the room to guarantee zero dropouts or interference.

​The Officiant Sync: Getting the officiant mic'd up early, running a sound check with them, and ensuring they feel comfortable.

​Media Team Collab: Checking in with the videographer and photographer to sync audio feeds and make sure their shots align with where our gear is placed.
