Through stent placements, a second procedure days later, and a five-day ICU stay, Dr. Mushtaq kept Jena and her family informed every step of the way — even drawing pictures to help explain what was happening. His calm, steady presence made all the difference in one of the scariest moments of her life.

He is fluent in 5 languages and enjoys playing pickleball, tennis, squash and soccer.
