It's new music Friday with a brand new version of "87." It's not just a remix - it's an entirely new take on the tune. This Lunar Version was built from the ground up on acoustic guitars, and we think it sounds amazing.
A little history on the tune: My 20th high school reunion was an interesting - but odd - affair, and I subsequently didn't go back to the 25th or 30th go-rounds...
I think I might just leave my summer of 1987 preserved as it was:
a magical "summer of love."
like our class theme song said:
