Our Givingmas team members, families and friends love to pitch in For the Love of the Lake at White Rock Lake, helping keep one of Dallas' greatest treasures clean and beautiful. It's amazing what can happen when neighbors come together for a common purpose.

Cleanups are held every other month on the second Saturday of odd-numbered months.

Givingmas recently received a donation of approximately 1,300 T-shirts from PrintDash, and we were grateful for the opportunity to share them with others in our community.

We distributed the shirts to several local organizations, including Austin Street Center, Family Gateway, Interfaith, The Family Place, Mosaic Family Services, and Eastminster Presbyterian Church, as well as members of the local homeless community.

At Givingmas, we believe in coming alongside others to make a difference. We were proud to share this generous donation with organizations working toward similar goals and helping people and families throughout our community.

Members of the Givingmas team recently sat down with our client Crystal for another update — and there is plenty of good news to share.

The family continues to make great strides. Bills are being paid on time, eliminating late fees and penalties and saving hundreds of dollars each month. New career paths are being explored and Crystal is taking greater responsibility for her financial future.

And the kids? They’re all doing well, too. 💙

It’s incredibly rewarding to see the changes that come from having a little support, a plan and the determination to keep moving forward.

This is what Givingmas is all about — helping families create lasting stability and opportunity through a hand up, not a handout.
