Second draft completed! ✅
It’s been a long road, and the road goes on. I’ll say that, while the work doesn’t have to be fun to be fun, I’ve never had more fun writing than this book. I’m excited to share it with you one day.
It has adventure, dreams, swords, magic, demons… more will be revealed in time. ✨⚔️
A few calls to action.

Now, back to your regularly scheduled movement content. 🎾
One pattern.
20 minutes.
As many reps as possible.
This framework can aid in strength and conditioning.
As for skill development? That needs a process behind it.
Process is important because no one starts with the handstand push up. The layers that come before need refinement. Meanwhile, strength and conditioning can occur at any layer.
A guided process expedites learning.
A simple practice allows you to focus on what truly matters.
If you want guidance on your process or accountability in your workouts, let me know.

Movement is…
where many disciplines become one.
a practice suitable to living.
an investigation into strengths and limitations.
an active study of the body, pain, & attention.
observing and taking action.
embodying the right quality for the right time.
an exploration into what’s happening and what’s possible.
the search for quality.
being and becoming.
a process.
Movement isn’t…
a random assortment of exercises.
a collection of skills.
a narrow, stagnant discipline.
excessive effort & burnout.
some quick fix.
The list goes on in both directions, but let’s start there.
If movement resonates, reach out and let’s begin the process.

It’s a practice to notice all the ways that our various practices come together.
When we see it, we realize nothing ever goes to waste.
Everything must first be studied in parts. Have patience. Something is being built. Eventually, the interconnection will be revealed. This is where a greater meaning emerges.
Words for myself and you, too.
These three practices continue to inspire. If you want guidance in your process, I’m here for you.
Movement offers a new way of seeing the world.
Before, there was only routine.
Now, little moments of play emerge.
Stairs? Try crawling down them.
Doors? Try hanging from them.
Walls? Try pushing against them.
The previously ordinary
Might now seem magical.
Everything around us
And inside us
contains infinite possibility.
Choose your direction,
Narrow your attention,
And watch as change begins to unfold.

Artificial intelligence ≠ Bodily intelligence
AI can’t improve the connection between mind and body. What you see here cannot be given to the body by AI (drops included). It can be faked through generative video, but it will never be experienced unless practiced. A true sacrifice of time and energy is required.
Why develop bodily intelligence?
The body is carried with you everywhere you go. It’s our vehicle for all things. But unlike something mechanical, our body is uniquely plastic, allowing for adaptation in many directions.
The reasons for developing bodily intelligence are endless—strength, endurance, coordination, competition, longevity, and no reason at all. Some value the improved ability to predict, to experience time and rhythm, to see clearly. To shift, adapt, and not get stuck in one place or state.
In the pursuit of artificial intelligence, don’t forget about bodily intelligence 😜
Whatever your reason(s), if you want to develop bodily intelligence, send me a DM. 1:1 options now available.
Training out of 🙏

Is movement for you? 🤔
Some of the content I’ve posted the last few weeks might seem crazy… handstand push ups, planche to handstand… but that stuff is mostly just to catch attention and show what’s possible… it’s not where we start…
We start where you’re at. We see what’s possible for you. We explore and expose you to all kinds of different ways of moving. It could be handstands, boxing, cartwheels, gymnastics rings, or dance, and then we determine which direction to move in. We pick up tools that work for you and leave the rest behind.
If you want to reinvigorate your physical practice with 1:1 movement coaching in Dallas, TX, send me a DM. Let’s get moving together.
All of this is made possible thanks to 6 years of teachings from . 🙏
This is my path:
Embodying,
while still remaining true to what came before.
Navigating the physical world,
while not getting caught in the rat race.
Adding value,
while knowing the value of being.
Bringing light to cities
and human souls,
while not abandoning the essence.
It’s been hard at times. After so many years of stillness and meditation and writing, coming out of that hardened shell has been painful…
The most difficult game to play is the real world. To wear a persona. To narrow the wholeness of possibility. Everything in my being wants to reject it. Escape it. Revert back to previous conditioning. Take off the mask, run away to the mountains, and never return.
Yet here I am. Far from the mountains and springs. Learning to wear the mask skillfully. Trying to find and help clients who wish to better move their bodies. So they can play with their grandchildren. So they can support themselves when they’re older. So they can find what they thought they’d lost and discover something new.
I’ve learned much about my body and what it’s capable of from , not just intellectually but experientially. Let’s experience together.
