This year’s summit brought our Latino tech community together for real talk on AI, imposter syndrome, and stepping into tech executive roles.

Anthony Amaro Jr. is Emerson’s Director of Research & Development, with 20+ years leading digital transformation across industrial automation, software engineering, and connected infrastructure.

A patented technology innovator, he specializes in turning emerging tech, IoT, cybersecurity, and digital solutions into real-world industrial applications. He holds degrees in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, and is completing his MBA. 🚀
