That’s a wrap on NYC Climate Week! 🌎

EarthX and Ceres brought together corporate leaders, investors, and changemakers for an evening focused on a critical question: **How do we move promising ideas from conversation to action, investment, and scale?**

With perspectives from leaders at Ceres, PepsiCo, CBRE, and General Motors, the conversation explored commercialization, investment, collaboration, and what it takes to turn solutions into real-world impact.

We’re grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening a meaningful exchange of ideas and connections.

The conversation continues in Dallas at the **EarthX Congress of Conferences, April 20–22, 2027**, including the **E-Capital Summit and Family Office Summit.**

What happens when pioneers of the green building movement come together with the next generation of sustainability leaders? Momentum.🌎

EarthX recently hosted an intimate reception in Dallas honoring global environmental business leader Rick Fedrizzi, bringing together longtime colleagues and emerging leaders from the architecture, engineering, green building, and USGBC communities.

A highlight of the evening was a fireside conversation between Rick Fedrizzi and Gail Vittori, moderated by Jonathan Kraatz, Executive Director of the USGBC Texas Chapter.

As the first Executive Director of USGBC Texas, Jonathan has played an important role in bringing together green building resources and expertise from across the state.

Rick, Chairman and CEO of the International WELL Building Institute, has helped advance the WELL movement and its focus on health and wellness in the built environment.

Gail Vittori, Co-Director of the Center for Maximum Potential Building Systems and a longtime USGBC leader, has spent decades advancing sustainable design, policy, education, and research.

Bringing Rick, Gail, and Jonathan together at EarthX reflects a shared commitment across USGBC, IWBI, and EarthX to transform how we build, operate, and experience our built environment.

“97% of consumers want to live a more sustainable lifestyle.” So the real question is: how do we help them get there?

At the DFW Corporate Sustainability Leaders Network, we didn’t just quote that powerful insight from Lucie Blankenship of PepsiCo—we dug into what it means for our markets, our business models, and our shared future.

Alongside Lucie, we heard from Bhushan Joshi of Ericsson, who is championing how the ICT sector can unlock exponential climate action across industries. Together, their perspectives reminded us that sustainability isn’t a side project—it’s an innovation engine, a growth driver, and a responsibility.

This is the work of our time: turning intention into impact, and consumer desire into real, measurable change.

Yesterday marked an important milestone for our community in Dallas.

The inaugural Dallas Corporate Sustainability Leadership Network (DCSLN) brought together leaders, practitioners, and community members who share a common goal: to build an honest, ongoing conversation about environmental issues and the role business must play.

We created the DCSLN to do more than meet and talk. Our purpose is to amplify diverse voices, share practical solutions, and collaborate across sectors to tackle the critical environmental challenges facing our planet and our local communities.

"We've had conferences for 15 years, we've had 700 exhibitors, 450 speakers, this year we had 21 individual day-long conferences...now we have this, a tight CSO network."- Trammell S. Crow, Founder of EarthX

By working at the intersection of the corporate space and sustainability, EarthX is shaping a more resilient, responsible future, and this is just the beginning.

Reflecting on Senator Graham's passing, we remember his role as a key speaker at Earthx2019's Congress of Conferences. He provided important insights into the bipartisan discussions on the economic effects of climate change.

Alongside Democratic Senator Sheldon Whitehouse and Susan Eisenhower, he took part in this vital dialogue. Senator Graham emphasized the scientific truth of climate change, acknowledging that greenhouse gas emissions play a role in global warming. His remarks highlighted the need to tackle environmental issues urgently and the significance of bipartisan collaboration in developing sustainable solutions.
