May 2025 changed my life.

An auto accident.

Then came the rebuilding.

Not just physically—but mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and creatively.

July 20, 2026.

For the first time, I finally had the strength to run again.

This isn’t a fitness video.

It’s a release.

A release of outdated belief systems. Trauma. Depression. Anxiety. Grief. Bullying—from children and adults. Disrespect in relationships and work environments. Fear. Loss. Every version of myself that no longer belongs in the life I’m creating.

Every step became a reminder…

I survived.
I’m healing.
I’m becoming.

This journey isn’t about proving anything to anyone.

It’s about honoring myself.

As you watch, pay attention to the signs.

Who—or what—keeps showing up in your life?

What patterns keep repeating?

What have you outgrown?

What are you still carrying that no longer belongs in your future?

And what if every challenge you’ve survived wasn’t sent to break you—but to reveal the strength that has always been within you?

Healing isn’t always loud.

Sometimes it sounds like your breathing.

Sometimes it looks like one more step.

Sometimes it begins with the courageous decision to choose yourself.
