Data & Risk | AI agent governance is now a deployment gate, not a post-launch review.

The proposed AI Agent Accountability Act, introduced on 1 October, would apply a Computer Fraud and Abuse Act framework to autonomous agents, with liability sitting with the operator.

That changes the deployment standard. Build the evidence set before launch:

• Sign a scope statement for every agent. Define what it may do and what it may not do.
• Enforce egress allowlists at the proxy. A policy document is not a technical control.
• Retain action logs for two years. The audit trail must pre-exist the incident.

This is the governance layer of AI adoption. The operator owns the outcome, so accountability must be designed into the system before access is granted.

Read the deeper analysis at mohbility.com/insights. Comment GATE if your deployment evidence set is ready for review.

Opportunities are presented only after financial, market, and team evaluation. Diligence starts at the second question.

Diligence starts at the second question: training-data provenance, change notices, log access, geography, subcontractors, continuity and portability. Only deals passing financial, market and team review.

Expose less. Learn more. Compare aggregation, tokenization, clean rooms and federated models: then minimize access and audit every step. Diligence starts at the second question. Evaluated opportunities only.

Automation should follow an operating-model baseline, not substitute for one. ⚙️

Before automating a process, executives need a measurable view of how work actually moves:

• Decision latency: Where does approval slow down?
• Handoffs: How many transfers occur, and where is context lost?
• Control points: Which reviews protect quality, compliance, and capital?
• Exception volume: How often do cases leave the standard path?
• Cost-to-serve: What does each segment, transaction, or outcome truly consume?
• Ownership: Who is accountable when the process crosses functions or borders?

This baseline prevents automation from accelerating ambiguity, concealing weak controls, or shifting costs without improving performance. It also creates the evidence required to prioritize the right interventions, define success measures, and assign accountable owners.

At MOHBILITY, diligence starts at the second question, not the first pitch. We present opportunities only after financial, market, and team evaluation. The same discipline applies to transformation: understand the operating model first, then determine where technology can create durable advantage. 🌐

Framework stage: Working Capital Readiness.

Entering a second international market can expose a working capital gap before revenue arrives. The commercial case may be compelling, but the timing of cash collection, supplier obligations, taxes, inventory, and local liquidity can determine whether the opportunity is operationally ready.

Before entry, every opportunity should have undergone financial, market, and team evaluation. The next step is to pressure-test the assumptions that connect market entry to cash availability.

Can the business manage its currency exposure? Do payment terms support the cash cycle? Have taxes, withholding obligations, customs duties, and refund timing been assessed? Is inventory appropriately sized, and is there a defined in-market liquidity buffer with clear trigger points?

Working capital readiness is not a financing detail to address after launch. It is an entry decision that should be built into the investment case, operating model, and risk review from the beginning.

Comment READINESS if your team is pressure-testing working capital before entering a second market.

A second international market can accelerate growth, or expose a working-capital gap before revenue arrives. 🌍

Before expanding, pressure-test these five checkpoints:

1) Currencies: Model collection, supplier, payroll, and financing currencies. Stress-test exchange-rate movements and define your hedging approach.

2) Payment terms: Map customer collection days against supplier obligations. Confirm whether your cash cycle can absorb delayed receipts, deposits, or milestone billing.

3) Taxes: Forecast VAT, withholding taxes, customs duties, transfer-pricing impacts, and the timing of refunds or credits, not just the final tax rate.

4) Inventory: Calculate launch stock, safety stock, lead times, and reorder points by market. Include duties, storage, and returns in the cash requirement.

5) Local liquidity: Establish how much cash must remain in-market for payroll, vendors, taxes, and unexpected disruption. Confirm the speed and cost of moving funds across borders.

A disciplined entry plan should show the minimum liquidity buffer, a downside scenario, and the trigger points for slowing or scaling the launch. 📊

At MOHBILITY, opportunities are presented only after financial, market, and team evaluation. That is why diligence starts with the second question, not the last one. Our data-driven advisory helps leaders convert international ambition into resilient ex*****on. 🤝

Agentic AI is reshaping the M&A lifecycle: from target identification and diligence to valuation, negotiation, and post-merger integration. But speed is not a substitute for judgment: every opportunity we present undergoes financial, market, and team evaluation before it reaches the table. In modern dealmaking, diligence starts at the second question: where assumptions are tested, risks are surfaced, and durable value is separated from AI hype. Read the 2026 M&A Playbook to see how enterprise deal teams can apply agentic AI with governance and accountability. 🤝

Too much institutional capital is lost to fragmented, unqualified deal flow: and the diligence burden that follows. MOHBILITY presents opportunities only after financial, market, and team evaluations have been completed, giving capital partners a stronger foundation for focused review. Diligence starts at the second question: the right questions, asked early, reveal fit, risk, and ex*****on readiness. Opportunities we present are financially, market, and team-evaluated. Then test local partners: incentives, ex*****on, data boundaries, conduct, reporting, transition. Diligence starts at the second question.
