Marcus “Chef Anthony” Stone is the Chef/Owner of Chef Anthony, LLC.

Chef Anthony, an Army Veteran, has always had a love for cooking which started at an early age. I often remember experiencing the excitement that people expressed after tasting many of Louisiana’s iconic dishes at one of its famous festivals.
