Parted and trimmed beef off the round we’ve been aging. These are ready for the grinder!

Stop by DCD for lunch and snag yourself a super delicious dry-aged burger with melty American cheese, grilled onions, and pickles, all on a sesame seed bun. If you know, you know!
We’ll have burgers on Saturday but are still throwing down some cheesesteak sandos and quarter-pound wagyu dogs today.

Denver’s have got to be the prettiest steaks in the shop this week! Superior marbling and flavor definitely make them a highly sought after butcher’s cut. These and plenty of other Angus cuts from Fort Worth Cattle Co. are up for grabs this week. Try your next steak dredged in some Char Crust Dry-Rub Seasoning or seasoned with Casa M Spice Co® mixes to take that flavor to the next level.

In case you were wondering, du bist gut genug for one of these. Dry-aged beef burgers will be live this Saturday 7/18 from 10AM-3PM. Make sure you stop by your favorite local butcher shop for one of the tastiest, juiciest burgers in town!

Burgers will be sizzlin’ from 10AM-3PM in place of our cheesesteaks and dawgs.
