The temps are finally easing up. Patio weather is right around the corner, and you know what that means? Prime day drinking time. And we got just the thing to help you maintain throughout the day.

Introducing VIS-À-VIS, our new, easy-goin’ IPA. This hoppy li’l India Pale Ale begs to be crushed daily and nightly. And compared to its heftier-strength cohorts, you can enjoy with a little less guilt at only 4.2% ABV. Packed full of Elani, Peacharine, and Galaxy hops, this bright and light b**r flows with notes of lemongrass, lime zest, guava, and herbal, floral touches on the finish.

Pull up this weekend and grab a pint (or two), then take a 4pk home to the crib. Open ’til 10pm tonight, kitchen ’til 9pm.

It’s Hump Day, and that means we have our Smash Burger Special from 4pm-9pm (or until sold out)! Get a double-double smash patty with cheese, caramelized onions, pickles, and house special sauce, along w/ fries and a pint of your choice (or NA option) for just 15🦌🦌

Cat got your tongue? We get it. One taste of this juicy and tart, tropical explosion of fruit frenzy can only manifest one word — WOW. Macerate is our (new? returning?) series of refreshing sour b**rs featuring a rotating variety of fruit. Jam-packed with passion fruit, orange, and guava goodness, this gently-sour sipper will have you jet-setting to destinations unknown. Plus the label features a very special gal near-and-dear to our hearts - the Lady Peanut Carrington of House Vector, our brewery cat. You may notice this li’l chungus spying on the taproom from the comfort of our barrel room windows. She just wants pepperoni and chez.

𝑨𝑵𝑶𝑻𝑯𝑬𝑹 𝑯𝑨𝒁𝒀 𝑰𝑷𝑨 / ‘nuff said / 6.5% ABV

No need for fluff or fancy jargon. Let’s just get straight to it. This is an unfiltered India Pale Ale. It’s cloudy and hazy in appearance. Soft and creamy mouthfeel. Juicy, citrusy flavors abound with a hint of pine resin from the use of Simcoe Cryo, Cashmere, and Idaho 7 hops. It’s a b**r made for haze heads. Get it while we got it, or until the next hazy appears on tap. I’m drinking one right now. Might be my best label yet.

𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐞𝐬 🍑 Oak-aged Sour Ale w/ TX peaches & apricots / 6% ABV

Inspired by the classic novel Watership Down (and the ensuing 1978 animated film that seriously scarred me as a kid), this beautifully gilded, oak-aged sour is like a gift from Lord Frith.

Brewed in the late spring and early summer seasons of 2024, this golden sour was fermented and then aged in neutral French oak barrels with a blend of our house mixed cultures of wild yeast and bacteria. We then added hundreds of pounds of fresh freestone peaches to one barrel, and hundreds of pounds of fresh apricots to the other barrel, processed by hand and sourced right down the road in Waxahachie from Larken Farms. Then we let time work its wonders over the next 2 years, creating a vibrantly layered and juicy sour with balanced acidity and funk. Aromas of peach blossom, orchard air, and dry hay take hold, with notes of mouth-puckering peach nectar, ripe apricot flesh, and stone-fruit sweetness with a soft yet dry finish.

Now pouring in the taproom and available in both single 16oz cans and 4 packs to-go for a limited time. Take some home to your burrow. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and can conditioned. Refrigerate 24 hours before opening.
