Every month we take time to reflect on the results we achieved, compare them to the goals we had set and dialogue together about what went well and areas we can improve as a unit. This allows us to be objective, to be intentional, and for us to always find areas for progress.

Sales is the act of helping others find a solution to a problem they have or putting them in a better situation by working with you.

The root is helping others. Helping our customers and helping our clients. In helping them, we are better for it.

You never want to talk yourself out of a sale. Its simple - Stick to your pitch, give need-to-know information, and answer questions only as they come.

We're currently working hard to surpass our August sales results.

Each one of our sales representatives sets out daily after sales workshops to do what they can to reach their individual goals. We are confident that when each team member reaches their goals, we will reach our clients' goals.

We are so proud to announce that Atena is the winner of our 2-week competition. We measured the competition based on our employees' work habits, which are based on their effort and controllable factors. It comes as no surprise that Atena won, and her prize is a $200 paid day off, any day of her choice.
