July brought us high sales, a road trip to Houston for a conference, and lots of memorable experiences. We're proud of our team for the hard work they put in every day for our client and for their future.

Information overload!

After attending an inspiring conference and hearing from successful entrepreneurs, industry professionals, and our client, we learned a lot. While all that information is valuable, it can be harmful if we try to implement and apply it all at once. The best advice is to review your notes, pick two of your biggest takeaways that you think can make a positive impact on your situation, and work on them. This will give you insight if it works for you, if it doesn't, and allow for oyu to still have a pulse on your actions and what pivots you might need ot make moving forward.

The Red Atlas Associates team made the drive to Houston for a 48-hour conference event hosted by our client. We sat in on amazing breakouts, attended massive meetings and have a clearer vision on how we're going to end the year with massive results.

No matter how big or small, everything you experience has an impact on your life. Even if you don't realize it, your conscious or subconscious mind is holding onto that interaction and impacting your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Make sure you surround yourself with things you'd want to impact your life, from what you listen to when you wake up, what you do between meetings, and who you interact with.

We all wish we could be more productive or have more time in the day. We can't actually add more hours to a day but we can be more intentional with our time.

The best leaders are always looking to improve in their role. Sometimes, the best place for feedback is the people you're overseeing, mentoring, and coaching daily. They have the most direct contact with how you make them feel, how you help them perform, and how you impact the company.

If you are in a leadership role and looking to grow, sit your team down and ask them for constructive feedback. Listen, don't respond, and take that information back to your office and dissect how you can apply this to improving who you are as a leader.
