In the life sciences and healthcare space specifically, Chris serves on the board of the Medical Innovation Olympics ( ), a global healthcare innovation competition held annually at Rockefeller Center in New York, where he participates as an expert judge, speaker, and panel moderator evaluating pharma, biotech, and medtech startups from founders across 18+ countries.

He also led NeoTerra Capital 's sourcing and structuring of capital for RMR Ortho, a clinical-stage orthopedic implant company with more than 475 completed surgeries, currently raising its Series A.

Earlier in his angel investing career, while presiding over the Rose Angels Network at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Chris led the group's investments in two medtech ventures, Oro Muscles and Kalogon, both of which have since scaled to significant revenue and are preparing follow-on Series A rounds.

Vogel is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Gazelle Ventures, bringing over 16+ years of experience in entrepreneurial ecosystem building, workforce and community development, and organizational transformation. Ms. Vogel has established herself as a key connector and facilitator within Tampa Bay's innovation economy, with deep relationships across accelerators, educational institutions, investors, workforce development organizations, and civic leaders. Her recent selection as Regional Network Lead for the East Coast Region by the Kauffman Foundation's 1 Million Cups program demonstrates her national credibility in ecosystem coordination and community building. Kim's career includes leadership roles at the St. Pete Chamber of Commerce, Economic Impact Catalyst, and America's Small Business Development Center. Her guiding belief: potential is equally distributed, but opportunity can be hard to find. Her work is grounded in 16+ years of ecosystem building including leading the Tampa Bay Apprentice Network and a stubborn belief that the right support at the right moment can change a life's trajectory.
