A plain loaf for the week is always a must!

Here's the recipe I followed
500g bread flour
350g water
100g active sourdough starter
10g salt
Perform 4 stretch and folds 30 minutes apart
Put your loaf in the fridge overnight
Bake @ 450 for 20 minutes lid on & 425 for 20-25 minutes

The cutest apple empanadas 🍎
These are baked & sprinkled with a cinnamon sugar & apple pie spice.
To make the dough:
230g unsalted butter
420g all purpose flour
3g salt
100g cream cheese
5g vanilla
Filling:
3 apples
57g unsalted butter
60g sugar
5g cinnamon
15g cornstarch
Bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes
Brush butter on top and add your cinnamon sugar

Pumpkin spice scones 🎃
To make them here's what you need:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1tbsp baking powder
1/2tsp salt
1 1/2tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup cold unsalted butter
1/2 cups pumpkin puree
3tbsp heavy cream
1 large egg
1tsp vanilla
Bake them at 400 for 18-20 minutes depending on your oven.

Pumpkin cinnamon Focaccia✨

Heres the recipe I followed:
The dough:
430g water
2tsp yeast
1tsp honey
560g flour
2tsp pumpkin spice
1/2tsp ginger
1/2tsp nutmeg
1/2tsp clove
160g pumpkin puree
1 1/2tsp salt
When you have your dough together do 3 stretch and folds and set your dough aside for 15mins each time.
After that let your dough proof for another 1.5hr
Add your brown sugar mixture & set aside your dough aside for another 1.5hr
Add more sugar on top and dimple the dough.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes depending on your oven.
