Today is National Depression Screening Day, which began in 1991 as an effort to reach individuals nationwide with important mental health education and connect them with support services.

Legacy Cares provides counseling services to HIV positive individuals struggling with depression and other mental health concerns. Learn more at https://legacycares.org/counseling-center/

If you don’t have HIV, there are resources out there to help with depression. You can always call 988 if you are in crisis or visit psychologytoday.com to find a therapist in your area.

This weekend, Legacy attended the United Court of the Lone Star Empire Coronation Ceremony. We would like to congratulate the new Regent Emperor 52 J. Larry Finch & Regent Empress 52 R Thorne Starr (Danielle Starr).
