Most builders have had a serious decrease in build quality over the last 6 years & they aren’t giving these great deals just to be nice…. They can AFFORD these discounts because they’re often cutting corners elsewhere😬

This is why I BEG you to hire a Realtor before you walk into any model homes. A good agent is seasoned in spotting the major red flags! They’ll also make sure the builder addresses any of the “smaller” issues that can *unfortunately* go unnoticed by a buyer who doesn’t walk through hundreds of homes as their profession🦅👀
