What’s Around the Corner? East Dock: Part 1
We’ve love watching East Dock grow and seeing new businesses become part of our East Oak Cliff community. Supporting small businesses in our neighborhood is important to us because a strong community fuels your growth and creates opportunities for relationships, collaboration, and support.

💭 Are you more of a dining table person or a rolling island person?
Some of the best moments in life are the simple ones. Fresh air, time with your dog, and space to slow down for a little while. 🐾
At The Finch, our expansive dog park stretches alongside a gentle stream and is surrounded by trees, creating space for both you and your pup to run, explore, connect, and recharge together.
Studies show spending time outdoors with dogs can help increase physical activity, improve mood, and support overall well-being. And honestly, it just feels good to unplug for a bit and enjoy the moment. ☀️
Because a community should support the things that matter most to you. 🏡✨
🐶 What’s your dog’s favorite thing to do outside?
Good spaces bring people together. ☀️🏖
Just steps away from the pool, our resident lounge was designed for connection, conversation, and the kind of summer moments that turn into memories. 💛
Whether you’re catching up with neighbors, hanging out with friends, or simply enjoying the atmosphere, community comes naturally here.
Summer is here and we are so ready for it. ☀️🌊
Refresh, recharge, or simply relax by the pool beneath the shade of our beautiful pecan tree.
Grab your friends, bring the kids, take a day to tan, unwind, and enjoy the sunshine. 🌳🕶️
☀️ Tag your future pool buddy and tell them it’s time for a pool day!
Pick your favorite spot. 🌿☀️
Much like nature that grows around us, you grow too, supported by a peaceful and encouraging environment where connection and inspiration come naturally. 🌳
