If you’re not checking on your people when they’re healthy, they won’t trust the support your providing when they’re not.
First Responders do brave and courageous things every day.
But one of the bravest things I’ve seen first responders do is Check-in on other each other after they respond to difficult calls to prevent them from carrying the emotional difficulty of the job on their own.
