All-natural herbal infused hair oil

Photos from Vara 's post 10/08/2026

These are the four Ayurvedic herbs for hair that we put in every bottle of VARA.

Most hair oils use one or two of these herbs. We brought Amla, Bhringraj, Brahmi, and Hibiscus together in a single concentrated oil, with no fillers and no synthetic fragrance, so each one can do what it’s meant to.

Amla and Bhringraj have been used in Ayurveda for centuries to support the scalp and hair. Brahmi is traditionally used to nourish the scalp and bring a sense of calm to the ritual, and Hibiscus is traditionally used to support softness and natural shine through the ends.

Apply VARA to dry hair before you wash, at least once a week, roots to ends. The ritual is most rewarding when you stay consistent with it.

If your hair feels thin or damaged after taking out your extensions, I’ve been exactly where you are.

I wore extensions for a decade, and when I finally took them out, I made one change and stuck with it. I started a hair oiling ritual with VARA, our Ayurvedic hair oil, massaging it into my scalp and hair at least once a week before wash day.

Growing out my natural hair after extensions felt impossible at first, but today it’s longer and fuller than it’s been in years.

Send this to a friend who just took out their hair extensions.

If your hair and skin have been feeling drier lately, you’re not imagining it. In Ayurveda, fall is Vata season, a time when the air turns cool, dry, and windy, and we tend to feel that dryness too. When it comes to fall hair care, the simplest place to start is a hair oiling ritual with an Ayurvedic hair oil at least once a week, giving dry hair and scalp the nourishment they’re asking for this time of year.

Save this for the season.

This is what a consistent scalp ritual supports over time.

Four Ayurvedic herbs. One oil. Roots to ends, 1-2x a week.

Amla. Bhringraj. Brahmi. Hibiscus. Together in one formula.

Your hair does not need more products. It needs the right ritual.

The ritual that changed my hair did not happen overnight. It happened because I was consistent. 1-2x Weekly. Roots to ends.

Amla. Bhringraj. Brahmi. Hibiscus. Four herbs Ayurveda has trusted for centuries, together in one oil.

Consistency is where the transformation happens.

If you have spent years convinced your hair just will not grow, I was right there with you.

I wore extensions for almost a decade because I never thought my natural hair could get there on its own. One consistent Ayurvedic hair oiling ritual changed that for me. Amla, Bhringraj, Brahmi, and Hibiscus, worked into the scalp and down through the lengths, weekly.
