Rolland has proudly attended this show for more than 20 years, and it continues to be one of our favorite opportunities to reconnect with longtime customers, strengthen valued relationships, and meet new members of the pawn and jewelry community.

Rick Rolland, David Randall, and Adam Monier were representing Rolland and showcasing the DMS SmartPro System—continuing a legacy of innovation that began when Rolland invented the first pawn safe system.

We were also proud to sponsor the Young Professionals "Break Out of the Vault" fundraising campaign and support the next generation of leaders in the pawn industry. The campaign raised over $6,000 - Congratulations!

At Rolland Solutions, protecting people is at the heart of what we do. Recently, our team had the opportunity to step away from the office and spend time giving back at Feed My Starving Children in Richardson, TX.

Feed My Starving Children is a nonprofit organization that provides specially formulated, nutritious meals to children and families facing hunger around the world. Volunteers hand-pack meals that are shipped to communities in need, where they are distributed through trusted local partners.

It was an incredible experience to work side by side, knowing that every meal we packed could help change a child's future. Moments like these remind us that teamwork isn't just about what we accomplish at work—it's also about the positive impact we can make together.

We're grateful for the opportunity to serve and proud to be part of a team that believes in giving back to the communities and people who need it most.
