I had an amazing day representing the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention (AFSP) of North Texas at the Minority Mental Health Fair hosted by The Mind Field, Inc.. Walking in purpose and fulfilling one of my life missions truly brings me joy. And if I helped even one person today… that was more than enough. 🩵💜

Mama, I’m so excited to celebrate you being 75 years young!🎂🎈🎉😘

I love you so much—cheers to many more beautiful years! Now let’s get ready to turn up with Don Diego 💃🏽✨

As the daughter of Fred Thomas and the founder of Fred Thomas Day, this invitation is deeply personal.

My father was more than an educator — he was a husband, mentor, colleague, classmate, friend, and a pillar in our community. He touched generations of lives.

I’m inviting family, friends, his high school and college classmates, co-workers, former students, and anyone connected to him to attend or participate in Fred Thomas Day 2026.

Join us for the Open Mic/Story Share, Legacy Parade, or simply come and stand with us.

Happy Founders Day Sorors! Thanks cousin Maria for my beautiful cup!
