Connor Park and Dean Kim, the owners behind Neko Yubu, a Dallas-born concept bringing Korean and Japanese-inspired yubu to DFW.

Inspired by the yubuchobap Connor grew up eating, Neko Yubu puts a creative spin on the Korean favorite with seasoned rice tucked into tofu pockets and topped with options like grilled bulgogi, torched salmon, butter crab, and more.

After launching from PREP® Dallas in 2025, the brand has continued to grow, recently expanding with its first Austin location. We're proud to have Neko Yubu as part of the PREP® community!
