Your children are watching you.
They are watching how hard you work, how you handle failure, how you chase your dreams, and whether you keep going when things get difficult.
Someday, instead of looking up to athletes, celebrities, or people they have never met, imagine them looking at you and saying:
“That’s who I want to be like.”
Let your family be fuel.
Work hard at what you believe in. Build something you are proud of. Become the example you want your children to follow.
Everyone said the four minute mile was physically impossible.
Experts claimed the human body would break down if anyone tried. Roger Bannister proved that the biggest obstacle wasn’t biology, but a mental barrier. When you choose to overcome limitations, you stop accepting what everyone else calls reality.
Ask yourself: What is the “impossible” goal you are currently avoiding?
Normal = Average
And average will never create the life you actually want.
If you want extreme success, you cannot keep thinking, acting, and working like everyone else.
Be willing to be different.
Be willing to be misunderstood.
Be willing to become exceptional.
🚨 REMINDER!
You cannot be afraid to push your people.
Leadership is not about keeping everyone comfortable.
It is about seeing more in people than they sometimes see in themselves and challenging them to rise to it.
But you better lead from the front.
Do the work first. Set the standard. Then expect more from your team.
People respect a leader who asks a lot because they give a lot.
Are you paying attention?
Sometimes the answer to almost every problem in your business is simple:
Go sponsor new people.
Feeling stuck? Sponsor new people.
Losing momentum? Sponsor new people.
Team getting negative? Sponsor new people.
New people bring new energy, new belief, new stories, and new momentum.
Stop overcomplicating it.
Go build.
Before your next sales call, ask this:
“What do you like most about your job?”
Then ask:
“What do you like least?”
And then listen.
Do not rush into your pitch. Find the pain point first.
Because once you understand what they are unhappy with, you can show them how your product, company, or opportunity can actually help solve it.
Great closers do not just talk.
They diagnose first.
The way you ask the question often determines the answer you get.
Stop leaving every conversation wide open.
Guide people toward a decision.
Give clear options. Make the next step simple. Lead the conversation instead of hoping it goes somewhere.
Learn How to Handle the Delay
In the beginning, momentum is the hardest part.
You may feel overworked, underpaid, and like the results are not matching the effort yet.
That does not mean it is not working.
It means there is a delay.
Entrepreneurs have to learn how to handle the delay without quitting.
Keep going long enough for the momentum to catch up.
