We’re hiring an HSE Field Technician in Meshoppen, Pennsylvania.

This full-time, field-based role is ideal for an experienced HSE professional who can independently assess jobsite conditions, identify and address safety risks, coach field teams, support incident investigations, and help ensure compliance with Axis Energy Services’ HSE standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualified candidates should bring 6+ years of HSE/DOT experience, preferably in oilfield services. CSP, SMS, ASP, OSHA, PEC/SafeLand and similar safety credentials are preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is also preferred.

Clay Holland, COO of Axis Energy Services, joined the SecureWell panel at the 2026 State of Energy Services Conference, hosted by the Energy Workforce & Technology Council at the Bush Convention Center in Midland, Texas.
