NEOVIA

This summer, CHRO Michael Foss traveled to Japan and India to connect with Neovia teams across the region and present the annual Best Site to Work award to two deserving sites: our Sagamihara, Japan location and our Global Delivery Center in Bangalore, India. Congratulations to both teams on this well-earned recognition!

That is a wrap on an incredible summer! Our interns closed out their time at Neovia by presenting the projects they have been building over the past 10 weeks, and the range of ideas shared was seriously impressive.

A special congratulations to technology intern Samuel Bombrys, whose AI-powered project stood out for its potential to improve productivity and strengthen our commitment to customers.

To all of this year's interns: thank you for the energy, curiosity, and fresh thinking you brought to Neovia this summer. We cannot wait to see what you do next.

Congratulations to our Sagamihara Distribution Center in Japan, officially recognized as a Sagamihara SDGs Partner by the Mayor of Sagamihara City!

The team has been making a real difference locally through a genuine commitment to sustainability and community engagement. This is exactly the kind of impact we are proud to support at Neovia.

Our Houthalen facility in Belgium has earned recognition as an inclusive workplace, and we could not be more proud.

In partnership with IN-Z, we have created a recruitment model built around motivation, attitude, and potential. It is a small step toward a more dynamic workforce and a stronger community.

One year down at one of our many Greenwood, Indiana locations! This team just wrapped up their first full year of operations and celebrated with food and games. From frontline workers to site managers and everyone who helped get this operation off the ground; this milestone belongs to all of them.

Proud moment for our Austria team! 🏆

The Neovia facility in Graz, Austria, has earned the AUVA Safety and Health at Work Seal of Approval, recognizing the team's commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.

Special recognition goes to Siegfried Petz, who accepted the award in Vienna and helped lead the certification effort. This achievement reflects the dedication of Neovia Austria's leaders and employees, who make safety a priority every day through their actions, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset.

Congratulations to the entire team on this outstanding accomplishment!

This weekend, we're celebrating Independence Day alongside our U.S. colleagues as the country marks 250 years since its founding. It's a time for good food, good company, and a little reflection on how far we've come. Wishing everyone a fun and safe holiday!

On National Logistics Day, we recognize the incredible work of our team and the progress we continue to make. Thank you for everything you do. The future is full of opportunity.

Burgers, hot dogs, and a whole lot of community spirit. Our Atlanta site celebrated Juneteenth the right way with a barbecue lunch for the whole warehouse team. Shoutout to the Atlanta leadership team for bringing everyone together!

At Neovia, we know how to have fun! World Cup watch parties, Indy 500-inspired racing, bowling nights and food trucks, the list goes on. 🏎️⚽🎳😋🚲

We are proud to have a global team of leaders who prioritize employee engagement and creating memorable experiences at work. Work hard, play hard!
